It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the BEYOND Film Festival 2025 here in Feuchtwangen on the Romantic Road.
Our town, characterised by a unique blend of historical tradition and modern progress, is the ideal place to reflect on the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century. Feuchtwangen, known for its cultural diversity and as an important industrial and commercial location, also stands for the balance between tradition and innovation.
It is precisely this balance that is reflected in the BEYOND Film Festival, which dares to look to the future while not forgetting the roots of our society.
This year's festival theme, ‘Truth – Light and Shadow’, invites us to confront the pressing issues of our time – social crises, the challenges of artificial intelligence and the threat of ecological change.
