"Swanlake" Stella Traub (01.11.2025, 18:00 Uhr)
When we are ill, all we want is one thing - not to be ill anymore. The filmmaker sees a swan in a duck pond and dreams with Long Covid of the realm of the healthy. An essay about enchanted sick people and dreaming birds.

Director Statement
When I got Long Covid, I thought my life as I had imagined it was over. Film-making is over. The only thing I could do that day in terms of my strength was this one little walk around the duck pond. So I took my camera and tried to create something cinematic from this one moment in the day when I could leave my flat and interweave the images with an essay of my thoughts.
